I am from Dhenkanal, Odisha. As an Odissi Dancer what I have got that only for my family, Gurus and strong support of my friends. My parents are my strength who support me at every stage of life. I can not imagine my life without them. My father Mr. Kartikeswar Samal and mother Mrs. Susama Samal, they both are like a guiding light for me who always take me to the right path.
TITLES
Ratnapadma is the Senior Scholarship holder from CCRT, Ministry of Culture, Government of India. Also DOORDARSHAN KENDRA Bhubaneswar has certified her as Graded Artist in Odissi Dance. She has been awarded the title of “ Odissi Shree” and “Odissi Jyoti” by Debadasi Nrutya Mandir . Also She has won number of appreciation in all India level Classical dance and Music festivals.

Ratnapadma Arasmita has trained in both Guru Shri Kelucharan Mohapatra Gharana of Odissi And Guru Shri Debaprashad Das Gharana of Odissi . Since her childhood days, Ratnapadma knew she was born to dance and luckily, her parents and brother believed in her dream. Then under the tutelage of renowned Odissi exponent, Guru Shri Manoranjan Pradhan, Guru Smt Minati Pradhan, she learned Guru Shri Kelucharan Mohapatra Gharana at her institute ‘Sri Radha Kala Kunja’ in Bhubaneswar and makes her dreams come true.
Also she learned Guru Shri Debaprashad Das dance style, from legendary maestro, Guru Smt Sonali Mohapatra in her Dance Institute ‘Nrutya Upasana Pitha’ Bhubaneswar.
Not only in dance but also she proved herself in Acting, Anchoring And Writing. As a trainer she gives key knowledge of dance steps with theories to her students. She has regularly attended workshops, Cultural Fest, Dance Programmers, literature festivals etc.
